Time to Interactive

Time to Interactive (TTI) measures how long it takes for the page to become fully interactive and responsive to user inputs. A page may display the contents quickly, but if a user cannot click on a button and have it do something, then they will have a bad experience. Optimizing JavaScript is the main opportunity for improving this score.

A TTI under 3800ms is considered to be fast and a TTI over 7300ms is slow.
