To help optimize your SPF record, this test will attempt to detect when unnecessary mechanisms are included. If the SPF record contains the 'a' or 'mx' mechanisms when there is also an 'include' mechanism, there could be unnecessary rules. The 'include' mechanism suggests that a 3rd party service is used for sending email, so it is likely that the website or receiving email servers are not sending emails themselves. These are merely suggestions and will not alter the site's score.
