Registered Trademark

To publish a valid BIMI record the website owners will need to get a certificate that cryptographically signs the logo and verifies that it belongs to the website. The companies that issue these certificates will require that the trademark in the logo be registered with an appropriate government. We do not currently check if you have registered trademark, so you will need to monitor this yourself and make sure that you maintain the trademark by filling the appropriate paperwork according to the required schedule.
